All appointments require an investment of $50 that will go toward the
purchase of your bridal gown or any item in the store and includes
90 minutes with one of our senior bridal consultants.

Dear Brides -
Having been closed for 3 months we are thrilled to reopen our doors and offer in-store experiences. It's what we do best and have always excelled in our customer service that has kept us in business for the past 16 years. Your safety and the safety of my employees is so important to me. I know there are other stores that are allowing more guests and as much as I would love to make more money/sell more dresses, I can't justify the risk. We are taking the following safety measures to ensure your visit is clean, safe, and unforgettable:
- All customers and staff must wear a mask while in-store. Disposable masks are available at the entrance of the store.
- We ask each bride to bring one or two "star" guest(s) for their appointment.
- Extensive hand-washing is practiced with our staff.
- Hand sanitizers are available at each dressing room
- Each dressing area is wiped down with disinfectant and the area sanitized in between appointments
- We ask that you please stay home if you are not feeling well. We will be
looking forward to seeing you when you're feeling better and are happy to reschedule at another time.
Why are we now charging for appointments? Having been closed for 3+ months, I want my employees to be well taken care of. The $50 consultation fee can go towards the dress or anything in the store including veils, bridesmaids, headpieces, or cleaning and preservation. In the past we have unfortunately had brides just not show up for their appointment or come in and "play" with no intention of buying and no wedding date. Bridal gown shopping became a destination for entertainment. Since we are operating at 25% capacity and spending up to 2 hours with you, we want to help brides that trust us and value our expertise.
Appointments will look a little bit different, but rest assured, you will still feel
every bit of magic of the shopping experience! We are finding that the smaller and more intimate experience has actually made it easier for our customers to "Say Yes To the Dress!" When brides have 6 or more guests we have seen them overwhelmed with all the opinions. I'm actually very excited to having the gown be a secret again... it's the most special garment you'll ever wear and it should be the "one" you love not the dress that your entourage convinces you to wear.
We are still offering virtual appointments at this time if you would like to have a distance-based initial consultation or if you do not feel comfortable being in-store yet.
